Fire Dragon Tea
Brew up a cup of tea and use choose crystals of ressinance ( Fire Agate, Obsidian, Red Jasper, Tormaline, Orange Calcite or any other crytsal you feels called or connected to). Grab paper and pen. Set yourself in a comfy space with your crystals. With your first few sips feel the warmth of the herbs and tempurature wash through your body. Take notice of where you feel the warmth and how the sensations feel at different points in your body. Settle in with some slow deep inhales and exhales. As your body starts to unwind bring the breathing to a more even effortless pace. Start to use your imagination. Imagine a gold orange light in your heart and expand it deep to the center of the earth and deep to the center of the sun. Let are your burdons and worries go into the light, they are not needed for this journey. Within that expanded gold orange light ask for your dragon guardian of the highest light to come forth and support you on your walk of life, to help you rech your highest path. Breathe and rest into this space and recieve the ancient divine wisdom that comes through for you. When you sense things coming to a close, give thanks and gratituide to Mother Earth, Father Sun, Fire Dragon, and Creator for the unconditional love and support on your Earth walk.
