The experience can be overwhelming if you do not know what is going on. I liken it to a second puberty that no-one told you about nor did you expect. Instead of hair popping up in new places on your body, its intuition that kicks on and weird coincidences. Your voice doesn't deepen but you feel a call to quiet the internal voice that keeps your mind racing. You do not get a spike in growth but your awareness is expanding.
